From sales email to order in ISAH

The challenge

Orders came in by email and were retyped by hand into ISAH. The data was stuck in separate systems.

The approach

I started on the shop floor: how do orders come in, and what happens to them next? Then I built a connection to ISAH, the ERP, and organised the data so AI can work with it. The first application running on it: an AI agent that reads the sales mailbox, understands the customer request and creates the order in ISAH. Everything comes together in a Company Brain, which is running and being expanded. The next building block, a service box where customers follow their own request, is under construction.

The result

Orders from the sales mailbox appear in ISAH by themselves. The team checks instead of retyping. The ISAH connection is the foundation for the next building blocks.
